Dallas Pitt, based in Regina, is the Manager of Technical Standards at the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) and a Licensed Assessment Appraiser of Saskatchewan (LAAS) through the Saskatchewan Assessment Appraisers' Association.
