Early Adopter Incentive Program

Join Willow Iorga, the Coordinator of Education and Outreach for the City of Regina's Water, Waste and Environment Department as she explains the impact of the new regulations and outlines the Early Adopter Incentive Program to encourage the early adoption of multi-stream waste management programs (including recycling and food and yard waste services). Early Adopter Incentive Program (EAIP) funding is available for Regina’s non-designated properties used for residential and non-residential purposes. This includes the Industrial Commercial and Institutional (ICI) sector (businesses, companies and organizations) and the multi-family sector (condominiums and apartments) operating within Regina city limits regardless of size, number of employees or number of tenants.
